Claude Baum is a corporate attorney, former hedge fund GC with extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, investment management, corporate finance, distressed debt and claims trading, bank lending, SEC reporting and compliance, and corporate reorganizations. He has strong expertise in structuring and negotiating a wide variety of transactions, contracts and legal relationships - both sophisticated and simple - for and among US- and foreign-based companies (buy- and sell-side) and their investors.
