Experience
Michael E. Twomey has been practicing commercial and business law and litigation for more than 35 years. His experience includes litigated and arbitrated matters in New York, numerous other states, and internationally. Mr. Twomey’s practice spans the successful representation of public and private corporate entities, individuals, insurance companies and associations. He has broad and in-depth experience in commercial and business transactions and litigation, including contracts and business disputes, corporate governance and dissolution matters, products liability and employment law/employer-employee relations. At all times, Mr. Twomey’s focus and guiding principle is communication with, and responsiveness to, the client in order to achieve pragmatic, cost effective results.

Prior to joining Kantor, Davidoff, Mr. Twomey was a founding partner of Twomey, Hoppe & Gallanty, LLP and a partner in the firm Olwine, Connelly, Chase, O’Donnell & Weyher.
