Experience
Steve Wolfe’s successful law practice as a generalist is based on the breadth and depth of  his legal experience. His keen mind, ability to absorb complex information, and analytical skills enable him to tackle legal issues in a wide variety of disciplines. As an effective litigator who argued appeals in the First and Second Departments and the Court of Appeals before turning 30, Mr. Wolfe also developed the foresight to recognize areas of potential future dispute in business transactions. He prides himself on keeping his clients out of court, and negotiating agreements that give clients the upper hand.

His extensive experience in the courtroom and in real estate, trust and estates, matrimonial and corporate and commercial matters have made him a valued counselor to clients, many of whom are second and third generation. Valuing his judgment and integrity, clients often ask him to serve as a trustee of testamentary trusts.

Mr. Wolfe has managed the firm’s information technology growth for many years. He has traveled extensively in Europe and North Africa and is fluent in French.
