Kantor | Davidoff's experience in the area of Art Law includes counseling a broad range of clients including renowned galleries, dealers, private collectors, estates, foundations and emerging artists.

On the transactional side, we advise clients on how to best structure transactions to maximize the benefit to the client and protect its interests. Representative transactions include sales, consignments, leases, commission contracts, licensing agreements, estate planning, and other creative hybrid alternatives.

Should litigation arise, we offer clients representation in areas including breach of contract, infringement, fraud, insurance, defamation, creditors' rights, estates, and agent/fiduciary claims.
